Utilizing a science-based training approach to maximize speed, agility and strength, RSP tailors programs to the unique physical demands and injury risk factors of individual sports and athletes.
The off-season workout program for young players will help improve their speed, strength and fitness. The program will be conducted by Lassiter football coaches and varsity football players. Sessions will be held at Lassiter’s state-of-the-art weight room and within the stadium complex.
Camp sessions will offer over 40 hours of training for rising 4th thru 8th grade athletes. For more infomation download the registration form and waiver, or register on-line.
